Seller reviewWendy Pelletier is an extremely professional real estate broker who was able to quickly put my dad's house on the market to be sold before winter. She was very reasonable in coming up with a price that should sell the house quickly but not be giving it away. the house was under contract the first 24 hrs it was on the market. Can't get any better than that!
