Buyer reviewWendy Tejeda did an exceptional job when helping find the property. We looked for about a year since my criteria for a perfect house was too much for other agents to handle. Wendy was actually the 3rd agent I contacted the first two practically gave up after about 2 weeks of them showing me only listings they were selling agents for. Once i contacted Wendy the communication was exceptional if i had any question she would answer at anytime. Her skills in dealing with other agents and home owner are second to none. The negotiation skills were also extremely good. I was able to get the home for waaay under the list price. I'm so thankful we crossed paths I can't see myself being helped by any other agent. For this and many more reasons is why i would definitely recommend Wendy Tejeda to family and friends.
