Seller reviewHave worked with William in the past and very happy with dealing with him. would do it again. Condo was sold before pictures could get posted. Very first couple paid cash at full price. Only regret is not getting to have a bidding war on the Condo. William is always professional .

William Cortes is very knowledgable and patient, always willing to explain the aspects we didn't understand. He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We were concerned because although our home was well maintained, it still had many of its original finishes. He went above and beyond to ensure our house was professionally photographed, coordinated all the appointments needed and truly made the whole process smooth and effortless. Our listing was amazing and we received multiple offers within the first week. William did a phenomenal job from beginning to end and we couldn't thank you enough!
