Bill came highly recommended and I know him as a swim coach. He is attentive to the differences of each swimmer and I felt that this would carry over, which it did. Bill was quick to respond and took a personal interest in getting this done in a timely manner. During the initial home viewings he was also guiding me about things to look for and prioritizing choices. I did not like any of the homes that I had chosen and in fact purchased the very first home that was Bill's choice. He knew me and my tastes quickly as he pays attention to others.
