Buyer reviewYelena went above and beyond when me and my wife were trying to purchase our home. From the first meeting, to our first showing, to us putting in an offer on our home. Yelena went above and beyond during negotiations, from getting the house under asking and getting our gutter installation covered in the sale. Yelena always answered any questions we may have had. She has many connections in the real estate game! We were extremely satisfied. Anytime, anywhere, Yelena was there for us through this process. We are truly thankful for her all her hard work and effort.

She understood what home we were looking for and helped us find the home of our dreams. She made the selling of our old home and the buying of our new home a very pleasant experience and was always willing to help. Seller reviewI was very satisfied and grateful to have Yelena Lepekhin as my realtor. She offered great advice on what changes to make in our home to get it to sell quickly. We asked, and she made several trips to look at the progress being made and was so patient with me during the remodeling process. She's very flexible and communicative. While we know of other neighbors with different realtors whose houses took a long time to sell and they had to price them down multiple times, Yelena used her expertise to post our house for sale for a good price and within a day we had an offer and it sold very quickly. Yelena was very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend her as your realtor.
