Yelfry from Century 21 All Points Realty came HIGHLY recommended by my father and his wife. They both desperately wanted to sell their house and after many failed attempts, decided to work with Yelfry, who not only got the job done, but got it done quickly. He was so compassionate and understanding in that situation, I knew I only wanted to work with him for the sale of my condo. When I finally met Yelfry, he came by to do some paperwork. Yelfry was respectful, engaging and personable. He seeks to find commonality with whomever he's talking to in order to create a sense of comfort. After seeing the condo, he thought it best to list it higher than what the other condos sold for in the same building, recognizing the amount of recent updates. Yelfry had complete confidence that the condo would be sold in little time and assured me of all the measures he would take to ensure the end result. There was open communication the entire time, he answered all my questions, reassured me when things seemed to go contrary to what I thought I wanted and always had a positive word to keep everything on track. I've already recommended him to my former neighbor and I will continue to recommend him to anyone searching for or selling a home. Yelfry Torres is an amazing person and an amazing agent. There is absolutely nothing I would want to change with the process of the sale of my condo. Yelfry Torres was professional, personable and proficient.
