We are very much pleased by Yely Portillo's help during one of the most important phases of our lives. She was very patient with us even at times where we thought we weren't going to find the perfect home. She made sure to always be available and checked in with us often, was always ready to go show us a new home over and over until we knew we had found the right one. She was very informative with the whole process always sharing new information with us. As first time home buyers this was important because there was alot that we did not know. We are more than happy with the service we received and thank Yely very much.
