My name is Yolanda Sullivan and I'm the Real Estate agent you need. Please allow me to introduce you to your humble servant. I started working for a CPA firm working for the entertainment industry as a bookkeeper for four years. I ended my employment to be a full-time mother for about 4 years. After this, I worked in the Health Insurance Industry as a preferred customer service associate for preferred employer groups. I'm proud to say, I experienced great satisfaction to have helped hundreds of people over the years with many issues that brought them peace of mind, relief and saved them thousands of dollars in medical expenses. Now in my 15th year as a Real Estate Agent, I have had the pleasure to give keys to many first time home buyers, and seasoned real estate investors alike. I don't stop until we're satisfied. I see opportunities. I recognize potential. My job is to make it all come together. And I do this as well as anybody in this industry. In the process of looking, she was patient and informative, providing several options within our criteria. Towards closing, I especially appreciate that Yolanda went out of her way to provide a list of resources we could use to assist us in completing our home so we could get it financed. In addition to that, Yolanda was on time and prepared for appointments. She was friendly and courteous with us, and the host/broker and created good rampart with whoever we were meeting with.
