Buyer reviewYoung Yim was my agent in the purchase of a condominium in Aldie Virginia. Ms. Yim did a great job of working with the selling agent and made sure that I had answers to any questions. Her recommendation for the Inspector for the condo was also excellent. I felt very comfortable with Ms. Yim. She is very respectful and honest and I was very pleased with every interaction. Things went very smoothly. I was out of the area for some of the interactions, but Ms. Young stayed on top of things and kept me informed. She is very accommodating. I would highly recommend Young Yim as an agent to anyone in the area or moving to the area.

Buyer reviewAs a buyer, it is fortunate to buy a good house at a good price. However, it is also fortunate to have a good realtor who helps us buy such a good house at a good location and price. My wife and I are happy to buy a nice home at a lake side, but we are happier to meet Young Yim in the process of buying the home. Young Yim is by far the best realtor we have ever met. Young Yim's strengths include giving us timely advice/comments and keeping us updated throughout the whole process that took almost six months from entering the contract to settlement because of the title issue. Although it took a long time to settle, Young Yim, after knowing that we likes the home, did not recommend a walk-away, but strenuously helped us until we concluded the purchase with no title issue. Young Yim's passion, dedication, diligence, professional service and client-oriented attitude really impressed and moved us. Without Young Yim's patience and professional service, we would not have reached the settlement. In sum, Young Yim is the best realtor we've ever met so far.
