Buyer reviewWriting from early 2022. The interest rates are going up and everyone is looking to close a house. Inflation is out of control and housing prices are 20% higher than 2021. I am a first time home buyer. This felt like a war. Every time I found a house I liked, it was cash-purchased sight unseen and every day it felt like the interest rates were going up.
