After meeting a new fellow and he tricked me to refinance my condo to give him money, he quickly dissapeared!!!!! Yvonne Biondo came to my rescue and helped me price my condo to sell it fast and made recommendations as to what would help me sell faster. Not only did Yvonne counsel me on all of my problems, she also was dilligent enough to get the best price with all the assesments coming on my and the raising of the maintenance fees.
