Yvonne was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about most everything that we incountered. If there was something that she wasn't absolutely positive about she would look it up and get back to me with the information. I felt that I could trust her with finding us the best house and to be able to help us get into it. Yvonne was very helpful, especially since I wasn't always able to be present for some of the process. Yvonne would do everything that she could to help the process keep moving and get us in the house. The process of buying a house is super stressful not to mention all the other things that one might have going on in their life. Yvonne was able to make the process better. She would always let me know when there was something that I needed to adress. It was comforting to know that Yvonne was someone I could trust and rely on to get things done and do some research on the properties that we were considering. I would say the best advise that I would give to any buyer is: to be open with your agent. When you're doing your walk through, let your agent know what you like and don't like about the property. I felt that in doing that Yvonne knew what I was looking for better than I did. She was able to taylor our search down to houses that we enjoyed seeing and actually found us several houses that we were considering. With us being first time home buyers, there was a lot that I didn't know and how overwhelming the process can be. Yvonne was able to guide me through the process and help ease the nerves and would always give a heads up on the next step of the process would look like.

We met Yvonne at an open house and she was friendly and informative, and she did a great job staying in touch with us without being pushy. When we were more serious about purchasing a home we felt familiar with Yvonne and we were confident to move forward with her as our agent.
