Zach was very flexible as we went through this process--we originally advised that we were looking for raw land on which to build a home; then we determined that purchasing a home and acreage with a view was the direction to pursue. He handled it like a champ! After spending two days with Zach viewing properties, we returned to Pennsylvania. Zach was our eyes and ears in Texas and managed the inspections, negotiations, and service issues on our behalf until the closing/move.
