Because we were listing/selling this property from another city, Riley became our agent for lining up cleaning people to get it ready for listing and then helping line up contractors to complete tasks that need to be done after the inspection. Through the whole process I don't remember waiting more than an hour for a call back or an answer to a question if he didn't answer the call when it was made.
