We hadn't considered working with a broker, but when we met Cory he was perfect for helping us with our needs, very tentative and also knowledgeable about the properties we looked at. I would 10/10 recommend Cory to anyone looking for a home. He was available every step of the process, making calls, answering questions. He really pulled off an amazing feat considering the time crunch we were on. All while being personable, driven and positive. We wouldn't have made this happen without the help, knowledge, and determination of Cory.

Cory Comeau was excellent, and made me feel like his most important client. He worked very hard and always offered help with things that weren't even necessarily part of the sale such as helping getting me boxes etc. He is easy to talk to and work with and has a great personality. Very professional yet the type of guy I could have a beer with. Very happy with the results of selling 2 homes and buying one in a very reasonable amount of time and no overlap. 5 stars out of 5. I would absolutely recommend him.

Cory was able to get our sale and purchase done quickly and efficiently. He was always available when we needed anything and his first priority is to keep dealings progressing in a way that is beneficial for all clients involved. He puts in the time and makes sure everything is done right. Century 21 Morrison Realty is fortunate to have him because I would hire him again as a realtor whether he worked there or for a different agency.

Corey was amazing, our house wasn't even on the market for a week and he had it sold. He also helped us find a new house to purchase and helped everything go super smoothly! Very friendly, we will definitely go back to him if we ever move again.
