Seller reviewI just needed someone who would understand that there were issues that needed to be considered due to maintenance neglect. Beau called me about every six weeks or so, listened to what I had to say and did not give up. Other agents left notes, business cards, or phone messages and moved on. Beau was very persistent without being pushy. I have to say I was very impressed with the outcome! As a recent widow, I was dreading the prospect of selling the house but it turned out to be a tremendously positive experience and I still cannot believe the house sold within three days and for more than the asking price!
