Seller reviewDeciding to sell our home was a challenge, we went back and forth several times. After sitting down, sharing where we were with Scott, he helped us in our decision. It was a decision we were glad we made. The entire plan Scott put in place was spot on in selling our home. If there were a higher rating than excellent Scott deserves it. Overall, Scott made the process of selling our home very smooth and simple.

If there were a rating above excellent Scott would receive it, especially with Patient and Trustworthy. We cannot express enough how much we appreciate the job Scott did with helping us buy our new home as well as selling the home we were in. There were times in both processes we had questions, Scott was right there for us, each and every call and text we made to him. We highly recommend Scott.

Seller reviewGary's level of service is second to none. He is the most conscientious and service-oriented real estate agent I've ever worked with. His knowledge of the Zionsville area real estate is invaluable. He's the BEST! Gary communicated with both of us in a clear and timely manner. He was present for inspection and repairs. When we were out of town, he checked on our property. There were a few frustrating moments for me in the process of getting the house ready for sale and his patience was truly commendable. I've never seen a better negotiator! His experience came into play in our negotiations--he really knew the best way to approach it. And he is endlessly patient. The best I have ever experienced.
