Buyer reviewAnn went above and beyond all our expetations to find us a home which meets the special needs of my wife. She was avaliable whenever my children wanted to look at homes. She showed my children over 34 homes and in one day showed 16 homes to my children. She was avaliable to answer any of our questions and has sent us friendly reminders of things we should do like change our address or order services like water and electricity. My wife and I strongly recommend Ann Wever as an agent for either selling or buying a home. The aspect of our purchase that stands out most in my mind is her attention to detail. She did not let anything get by her all throughout the difficult process of buying a new home. It was over 40 years since we had bought a home and Ann held our hands and maked sure we understanded every aspect of the buying process. Our overall experience was wonderful. From the first time we met until we closed on our home Ann was there to help us our and answer our questions. Ann was excellent in all of the above characteristics. However, what I appreciated about Ann most was that she was Professional. Her attitude toward her job and her role as agent for us was outstanding.
