Seller reviewApril is truly the best of the best. I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She became family as we bought our first home; and then sold it. She is one of a kind and we are so thankful for her! No real estate agent will ever match up to her. I cannot reccomend her enough. She made everything about both our buying and selling process smooth and nearly stress free; at a time when things could have been very very stressful for us. We love her so much! She is one of the things/people we will miss most in our move from NC.

She spent a lot of time accessing properties and giving me detailed information which helped me navigate which property to purchase. When the time came to purchase she property she helped me navigate the complexities of purchasing from out of state making the process very easy. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My husband was deploying very shortly after our proposed closing date, and she and her team worked tirelessly to make sure we were in our home a week before he deployed to allow for moving/unpacking! Her attention to detail when househunting was unparalleled - it's like she was able to just take my brain and know EXACTLY what we did/didn't want. She's very good at picking up on vibes and getting to know the person buying to fully understand their wants and needs. I cannot recommend April enough if you are buying or selling.
