Buyer reviewBoth Sara and Ashlyn knew exactly what I wanted when it came to selecting my new home. They were mindful with their purchase options they sent me, and knew when this one was listed, "this was the one." Sara and Ashlyn were always available to answer all of my questions, and were always 2 steps ahead of the rest of the process on my behalf. This made it simple and seamless. They helped me on the sale of my previous house in mid 2024, and also my new purchase in late 2024. Having 2 working non-stop simultaneously, as they did, to accomdate and customize my needs was such a huge relief, in what can ordinarily be an uneasy process. I thank them both for their determination and their attention to detail to get me exactly what I wanted.

The process was smooth up until our final walk through; Sara swooped in and handled the unexpected issues that arose the day before closing during our final walk through (and even on closing day). She was wonderful at advocating our concerns and quickly provided solutions and recommendations on how to handle last minute unusual situations that the seller sprung on us. She was so responsive and communicatated everything with us step by step. We would absolutely reccomend Sara over and over.

I got a good feeling right away about Sara and I stuck with her through purchasing a condo and selling a home. My whole experience with Sara was excellent, as I was looking to sell a home around the same time of purchasing a condo which she accomplished and everything ran smoothly!! Sara and her daughter walked me through the entire process and were very professional and were extremely helpful!! I would highly recommend Sara to any of my family members or friends or anyone that's looking for a realtor as you won't be disappointed!!

The reason we work with Ashlyn is her laid back approach to working with people. She's just so down to earth and low pressure. Having worked with her multiple times we can't rave enough about her professionalism and she's ALWAYS accessible! Ashlyn makes a stressful situation not so stressful and she seems to ALWAYS be one step ahead of anything we might be concerned about and always has the answers to all of our questions. We will never go with another agent if we can help it.
