My husband and I were in search of a new property. At that time we had an agent we were working with, however when we were looking at open houses one weekend we met Babette and Corliss. They were both extremely welcoming and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the property and the area they were showing in. Over friendly conversations we immediately felt a strong connection with them. After that open house my husband and I were discussing the property and decided that we wanted to work with Babette and Corliss on this transaction. That same day we went back to the open house and continued on where we left off. They made us feel like long term friends or family, which made us feel like we were making the right decision to switch agents. Everything was excecuted in a timely manner for a smooth transaction. They were transparent about negotiation and price between seller and us. They were present during the inspection and were helpful arranging appointments throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Babette and Corliss. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done. Getting the house ready is the only thing that took some time, but that was on my end. They were able to get all of my upgrades to the house put through escrow which was a tremendous help since I was trying to stay as liquid as possible until escrow closed. I do not think I would have been able to sell the house if they hadn't done that for me so I am really appreciative. When it hit the market we had a buyer within a few days so it sold very quickly.
