We have worked with Babette and Corliss on three transactions. Our experience has been positive each time. On this last transaction dealing with the sale of our home,they were absolutely fantastic. They were very patient with us. They did an excellent job of pricing and marketing the house and managing the offers. We would not have been able to have sold our house so quickly without their help.

This was actually our Aunt's property and so this was highly emotional for my sister and I. We were and are grieving our Aunt's sudden and unexpected passing. A sale of someone's home is never just a sale of property. There's a lot of heart, love and memories that go into one's home, especially in a case like this. The marketing and "staging" were so awesome and unlike any I've ever seen. They took the beauty and decorating sense of my Aunt's to highight her condo's many wonderful features. I wish these two covered the Ilinois area as we'd sign them up to sell our house here! Signing documents and closing? Never in all of the real estate transactions we've been party to, have we ever experienced a more flawless and easy closing! Being 2,000 miles away, makes this all the more impressive. Our overall experience was highly favorable. This was a big relief for my sister and I, and also for our other family members and our Aunt's friends in her community as well. Babette and Corliss went above and beyond in explaining, answering questions and communicating with us. They are highly professional and polished and friendly too. We were able to trust them with these very important details and situation we found ourselves in and were able to obtain an excellent selling price. Working with Babette and Corliss brought us some peace during a difficult time. We are thankful to both of them, appreciate all they did for us on behalf of our Aunt. Babette and Corliss came in as a recommendation from a trusted friend. Although we have a number of other realtors that we could have used we chose them for their honesty and transparency. The first thing I would say about these two, is that they move very fast. If it's your first time purchasing a home, be prepared to have your days filled full of viewings. They honed in on our requirements rather quickly and were able to identify a sound purchase for us. At the end of the day, I don't think it would have been possible to make this first home purchase on the house we actually want! without their help.

Babette and Corliss are genuinely awesome people. They had a lot of knowledge and experience between them. They were very accommodating, non pushy, and understanding out what we wanted. Before my wife and I started looking for houses we were just going to go with a friend as our realtor.
