I would highly recommend Cody Bennett to all friends & family. He was easy to work with during the sale of my home. He was available to answer questions as needed. He did an excellent job of explaining the process and rules at each step. Cody provided a plan to market the property and then really pushed to communicate it. He provided ideas of small things I could do to help market the property. He is extremely knowledgeable of the process and able to provide an explanation that made it easy to understand. The experience of selling my property was made much less stressful due to the outstanding work ethic and professionalism of Cody Bennett.
