Seller reviewPrior to listing the house for sale we asked Bob to come over and give us some pointers as to what we should do. He pointed out couple of things and that was it. As a result the house sold very quickly. Bob Kory knows the area so it made a lot of sense to deal with someone of that caliber. We had some idea what the house should list for and trusted him to come up with a number that makes sense and to our amazement it sold for what he suggested with a little bonus.
