Brendon Payne was a professional right from the start. We had no issues with him at all. He was a gentleman with southern hospitality. We always felt he was on our side. Please remember, Brendon Payne was selling our house in Myrtle Beach and we were living in New York, so everything was done long distance. The way his team took control and got everything done was amazing. They were all very patient with us, responded in a timely matter (Laura within seconds) with any concerns we had, or favors to ask of them. They went out of their way to help us out. As a first time seller, it was a wonderful experience for the most part.
