Buyer reviewIt's been 20 years since we've bought a house, so we were a little rusty on the process of buying. We were so lucky to be referred to Gayle. She was extremely helpful with finding the right property and also excellent at focusing on our particular needs. We were looking to find a property in Brookings while still living in Texas, so that presented unique challenges to seeing properties in a timely fashion , Gayle worked with us to make sure all of our questions were answered and we felt that we had good knowledge of each property we viewed. Her knowledge about the area really helped with our search. We will definitely seek her help again should we decide to buy again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with their home search

Seller reviewMy broker was knowledgeable and considerate. He was especially diligent when needed Shane was amazing - especially considering our special circumstances (short time line to start a new job and need to sell before buying another house) and unexpected challenges (first buyers loss of finances a week before closing on sale and buying of new house). Shane was considerate, dillegent, and resourceful Canter say enough good things about Shane. I recommend him to everyone I didn't deal with anyone else but Shane obviously had excellent support
