We were indecisive over what we'd like to purchase and there were also family issues that made things complex during the past year. But through this longer-than-usual process, he has always been so patient and helpful, respecting our choice and decision. I was always amazed by how swift he can act and how fast he can come up with different solutions to meet our needs and answer our naïve questions as a first time buyer. He would respond to us immediately no matter it was late night and or during the weekends. We felt really fortunate to have Danny as our realtor and would definitely recommend him to friends.

Danny was keenly aware of the details we needed him to be looking out for on our behalf, and was also able to simplify the whole process for us and for other stakeholders involved. He has a unique skill set of being able to be quick but also extremely thorough on the various decisions and documents we needed his help in completing in order to make an offer(s), and ultimately, to buy our new house. Also, he was able to explain and differentiate laws from industry-specific standards or practices in a way that was very useful in negotiating to settlement. He was a trusted advisor from after our initial consultation, all the way through settlement. His knowledge of the market helped us find the right location, his commitment to thorough and accurate market research helped us secure our house at a bargain price, and in a great many ways, as issues arose, his attentiveness and promptness allowed our interests to be taken care of at every turn.
