Buyer reviewWe've had two other agents prior to contacting Danny Leung (as a friend's recommendation). We feel very fortunate to have received Danny's amazing level of correspondence and guidance for our first-home purchase. No details or variables were overlooked as Danny provided his undivided attention towards every step of the process. Altogether, our experience through Danny Leung was nothing short of excellent. With the fast moving seller's market in Northern Virginia, research and decisions had to be made in haste. Only with Danny's level of correspondence were we able to make the right decisions in a time frame that allowed us to offer and negotiate and ultimately get on contract. We feel blessed to have met and worked with Danny Leung in our home buying process. We'd gladly refer his guidance and services to any other home buyers we come across.

In addition he gave me a lot of advices when choosing the house and help a lot on closing. If you are first time to buy a condo in DMV, he might be one of the best choice, especially for Chinese.

Seller reviewDanny was an excellent agent. He was very communicative and detail oriented. He took a lot of time to work with me on the best course of action to sell my place for the price I wanted. He never rushed me into doing anything I didn't want to do. He was very knowledgable in what buyers are looking for and really presented my place in a way that was very attractive to potential buyers. I was always able to get a hold of him, he would even pick up my calls at midnight to answer my questions. He was very dedicated to he listing. He even helped in the staging of the place for open houses. He knew exactly what I needed to do to get the place sold. I really enjoyed my experience with Danny.
