We were looking to purchase a home outside of Nashville due to my husband's new job but didn't want to move more than an hour away. We were moving from Ohio so did not know anything about the state or area. We explored a lot of areas and met many realtors that offered to help. We met Lesa Capps at an open house and really liked her warm and eager personality so kept her business card. When I contacted Lesa a few weeks later, she remembered us from the open house and was excited to help. My husband was already working in TN while I was in OH selling our home. Lesa and I worked a lot over email and phone as we both searched for properties. After we went into contract with our OH home, I contacted her for my upcoming visit to TN. I sent her a long list of homes we wanted to tour within my short visit. She didn't waste any time working my list and replied by the next morning with our scheduled tours. I was so impressed by her prompt replies by email and text. When we met her for our tours, she gave us a nice, thick folder with all the details of the properties and our printed schedule. In between homes, wherever time permitted she would suggest other properties for us to stop by and look while in route. Even when I was not in the area, she would go look at homes for me and let me know if they met our requirements. Lesa knew we were struggling with area but at no point ever pushed us where to buy or to buy with her. She was great to provide input but if she didn't know she would say which I appreciated instead of lying. She was very knowledgeable about the Clarksville area and other areas like Murfreesboro since she has moved around a few times. Lesa found the home we purchased but made me aware it was at the top end of our budget. We loved the home and community but not the asking price and kept comparing all the other properties to that home. She helped us negotiate the price to an amount more to our liking. We would text and call her at all hours, night, and morning to get this done and she was always on point. She made sure all the inspectors and estimators had access to the home. After we closed, when we came to our new home, she had left a heartfelt handwritten note along with a personalized gift and welcome basket. We could feel her excitement for us, and words can never express how much we value all she did for us to find our perfect home. We did use another realtor from another company in Murfreesboro and she did not compare to Lesa's attention to detail and prompt replies.
