Chris Jacobs was highly recommended to me when my brother passed away and I wanted to sell his home. Within 5 minutes of meeting Chris, I knew I had the right person for the job. Chris was superbly knowledgeable of the neighborhood and what it would take to market the home successfully. He walked me through the entire process and I followed his advice to the letter. He had the necessary contacts to make things happen quickly and supervised everything. Chris prides himself on you being able to leave everything to him. Did he come through ---setting a record selling price for the model of that home in that area! Did I mention that I live five hours away? Chris took care of everything from start to finish. Every detail. I mean everything! I wish we could use his services in Ohio where I live.
