I have worked with Krissy in the past and present. She has always gone above and beyond any of my expectations. She has always kept me in the loop and is prompt in answering phone calls and texts. I would recommend Krissy to anyone and will use her again if the opportunity comes my way.

I have never bought or sold a property before. Krissy Ludricks was excellent at walking me thru the process. She stayed in constant communication and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Anecdotally, when I speak to anyone about "my real estate agent", I am referring to Krissy Ludricks. Fours years ago, when my intent was to move to the area, I cold called Century 21, Krissy answered. I told her my story and she stepped into my shoes. She became my avatar, in the first real estate purchace, and again in our 2nd purchase and sale as well. We would have no other to represent our interests as we would have them represented. She understands us and goes above and beyond the call of her contractual duty. She is more than our real estate agent today and in the future, she is part of our extended family.

My home buying experience came with alot of ups and downs and surprises along the way. Christie was an amazing Realtor who showed me places all over the town and was always there when I needed her. Even when she couldn't answer the phone ight away she'd call back right away. When the first home I found fell through which was no fault of her own she kept on pushing and working hard to help me find the right home. Which she did. She was great with my kids and helped us find and close the sale on our forever home which means the world to me. I would highly recommend her to anyone on there own home buying journey.

Krissy was a great realtor for us. She is very knowledgeable and so personable. Krissy was very responsive to all our needs. What amazing patience and kindness she portrayed as we looked and looked for the right property . I would most definitely use her again if we need a realtor and would eagerly recommend her to others.

Krissy was knowledgeable and very professional. I appreciated her enthusiasm and her sense of humor during the one week I was in Helena to find a house.
