Seller reviewI put my house on the market just to see with this market. Brandy had a buyer that same weekend! We were closed in a month. She did an amazing job from start to finish!!!

Buyer reviewFrom the first house we went and viewed together Brandy became more of a friend trying to help me find a place that fit my interests. Brandy was always available when I need her and if she didn't have the answers, which was rare, she would find out immediately and get back to me. It was a pleasure working with her from start to finish.

Seller reviewNeil Simmons us by far the best realtor I have ever had! From the beginning he was very straightforward about what was & wasn't necessary to maximize profit on the sale of our home. He was 100% accurate in everything he said from sales timeline, closings, inspectors, move dates, necessary repairs, etc… We hired Neil as our buying & selling agent. After telling him what we were looking for in our next home & our 5 year goals, he was able to find us the perfect home. We loved the home he hand picked for us but I wanted to see other listings just to be sure. Of course, we came back to the one he originally picked & we couldn't be happier with it! Neil is honest, efficient, listens & goes to work to ensure you get exactly what you want! Hands down, BEST realtor I've ever had!!!
