Karen Close knows the business and has the patience of a saint. She helped us find the right house for our needs at this time.

I don't know if it would be possible for me to put into words how much I enjoyed working with Karen. She helped find me my house and it was a no-brainer when deciding who I would use as my sellers agent. Karen's attitude, work ethic, friendship and overall personality are reasons I loved working with her and if I had been staying in the area would have worked with her again in a heartbeat. She made the process so easy and calmed my always present nerves. She is the gold standard and sets the bar for what anyone would want in an agent. There is no one else I would have wanted in my negotiating court other than Karen. She fought for me and I am more than confident got me a great deal. She also went above and beyond in dealing with my house fixes and closing since I had moved out of state and was unable to travel back. She is a godsend and I wish she would move to Texas so she could find me my new home and the sell it when needed. Karen was amazing to me as I dealt with the process from afar. I was no longer in state but she listened to me every time I would call and explained everything to me clearly and in detail. I always felt welcomed by her and that she genuinely loved what she was doing. I know she does and it shows in every aspect of her job. We should clone her.
