Seller reviewI think Toni and I worked well as a team to get this house sold. I have high standards and she never let me down. I thought it would take maybe 2 years to sell this house and she had a contract in about 2 months. I'm amazed, really, and very grateful.

Seller reviewI was with Mrs. Manchester for 4 years, not her fault, but the market. She was always positive in her evaluation of my situation, very understanding and extremely patient. She always made good suggestions to improve the presentation of the house, and she never lost hope and made certain that I remained positive about the eventual sale. I have a tendency to harass people, many telephone calls, requested constant updates, but through it all Mrs. Manchester always remained cool, calm and collected. I would certainly recommend her to others. Before I forget, during this period often she had to look after the property, care, of the house, etc as I made frequent trips outside of Kerrville. She accepted this onerous task with her usual smile and understanding.
