She was there for us every step of the way. Her vast experience and knowledge of the area was evident from the start. She gave us names of merchants and contractors to not only help pack up and sell items in the condo left behind, but also was a point person while our contractor was doing upgrades to the condo. She was helpful with recommendations about the best and most suitable renovation details but also kept an eye out on the place in the times until it was sold. The idea of trying to sell a property is daunting, but to do this long distance seemed impossible, but Toni enabled the process to as smoothly as can be expected and kept in contact with updates and sales strategies.
