We had talked to other brokers in the past but it never really motivated us to buy a house until we met Danny he was really the perfect fit for us and an excellent broker! He has such a wonderful personality, also made me feel very comfortable and took all my worries away. All questions I had or things I didn't understand not only did he always have an answer but had the patience to explain things to me! Danny really did his best and really helped us every step of the way. Always answered my calls no matter the time of the day. Always let me know what I needed to do step by step. Danny also taught me many things along the way. Danny was excellent in all aspects of the word. I got the house that is most suited for me and it was all thanks to Danny. When we met Danny for the first time we hit it off immediately. We realized quickly that he was knowledgable of the area as well as what to look for in houses. Danny made us feel comfortable that he would not push a house on us just to make a sale but wanted to be sure we found the house for us. While walking through houses Danny went out of his way to point out aspects of the house that was important, aspects that would require annual upkeep and explaining it to us, pointing out thing he thought would be a hassle to us while living in the houses and offering solutions to those problems. He made buying our first home easy and gave us the confidence that we were making the right choice and not biting off more than we could chew in terms of maintenance and upkeep. Danny was very friendly and approachable from the very first meeting with us. He, from that point on, had fantastic communication with us whether it be setting up viewings, contract negotiations, or any other aspect of house buying. At no point were we "in the dark" about what was going on with the houses as he was sure to keep us informed. He also was very knowledgable and able to answer any questions about the houses we were looking at making us feel more comfortable and able to approach him with any questions.
