I would like to say for what could have been a scary and stressful process being first time homebuyers Dave Taylor (and his partner Didi) made it very easy and comfortable. They were two of the nicest and professional people I have ever met. I will definitely tell anyone I know looking for an agent to call Dave, they will not be disappointed. I would just like to say thank you to them again, we love our new home and will enjoy it for many many years to come. Dave Taylor was with us through it all. He walked with us through the inspection of our new home, he was with us through the purchasing and signing of contracts and closing. We were transferred abroad and were referred to David Taylor by a friend. We had previously had our house listed with another agent for some time but didn't receive any offers prior to our move. Since we had already left the state and our home was vacant, we discussed putting our house on the rental market with David. After beginnig our third year of trying to sell our home, my wife and I believed we needed a new agent. We have had two previous agents, both NOT from Century 21. We decided that we would survey other people in our area on who to retain as an agent. Everyone we talked to said to get David Taylor. His experience in the business, knowledge of the area, sales record, and people skills has impressed many of our friends and family. We were extremely satisfied with David Taylor's performance. We have had two different realtors in the past and were on our THIRD year of trying to sell this property. David's experience, knowledge, and competance was the overriding factor in our house finally being sold. We cannot say enough about the human element that David Taylor brought into the process. As stated before, selling our house was a three year experience. More so, we believed it would never sell. When David come into the picture, he got us offers for our house. None of these offers went smoothly. The offer that we finally closed on took three months to finallize, due to a number of factors. But more importantly, he always gave us solutions and alternatives to any problems we had to move forward. David respected us and his duties, and therefore has our respect. Dede Hruska is David Taylor's assistant. She is an excellent agent in her own right. Any time that David was unavialable, Dede was readily availble to us for any concerns we may have had. She is knowledgeable and freindly. Even more so, she is in tune with David, and the deals he has in motion. This was important to us in the fact that Dede was able to give key information for us in David's absence.We fully realize we were not David's only client, and him having Dede assist him fully entered in the sale of our house. I don't quite know how to sum up my experience. The one thing I can say with any degree of certainty is that I sold my house because of David Taylor. From fiding us suitors and offers, dealing with the back and forth of accepting and offer, and dealing with all of the other agents and agencies involved in closing a house, David got it done. This is not even mentioning the NUMEROUS pitfalls that arose during the closing process. David negotiated these as well with a professional confidence that assured us we were in the right hands. I used to think that all realtors were the same mostly your house just sold, or you just got lucky. I now believe, at least in our case, that when you not only need to find a buyer, but to make a deal go all the way through close, you get the best agent out there. I now know that as with anything, there are degrees of quality. David Taylor is the most quality agent out in the market and finding that agent means everything. I am glad my sales experience is over, but relieved I had David Taylor representing me. Thank you David, You not only sold our home when others could not, but you also found our home for the future.
