Buyer reviewWe had no prior knowledge of Patrick, but he could not have been a better realtor for us. He helped us find a home from across the country. He had excellent knowledge of the area, as well as additional details like carpet cleaners. He came for the inspection when we could not attend and his communication was amazing. He attended our inspection when we could not. His attention to detail regarding all aspects was amazing. He had clear knowledge of everything including the area, issues with the roof, carpet, solar, taxes. I would recommend him! His communication and kindness shows that this is not simply a job to him. He wants to help individuals and families find a home and be happy.

Patrick was very professional and focused on what was best for us; we could not have asked for a better agent! Patrick was accessible 7x24 and 100% responsive; all the while very professional. He was always two steps ahead on things that needed to be cared for and made it easy for us. We are very grateful to have the opportunity to work with Patrick and his team!

Patrick and Tina did a wonderful job marketing the home and presenting the offers to us. We were thrilled with the buyer we selected and the escrow went through very well (including a Tesla transfer agreement to the new buyer) and we closed on time! We are so grateful for all of the hard work Patrick and Tina put in to selling our home. They are truly a wonderful team!
