In fact, he was knowledgeable about contractors, government and code requirements, costing of improvements, and much more. We had lots if issues with this house and never encountered anything that Patrick was not on top of with his knowledge and expertise. He knew what to do, who to call, what was most cost effective. He then got it done for us in record time, saving us money and relieving worry. His availability, communication skills, and flexibility, were outstanding. Real estate selling assistance does not get any better than with Patrick.
