Buyer reviewWe worked with Shirlei twice before as buyer then seller and found her to deliver exceptional, caring service. We gave no thought to using any other agent for our purchase. Shirlei understood what we wanted and helped us narrow our search. She toured us through this the available properties, which helped us get nderstand what we wanted and did not want. The ideal property was "not available" but she persuaded the owners/listing agent to show the property to us. We were thus able to see it and make a successful offer. She always answered her phone or email promptly and kept us informed through this the whole process, including virtual showings and walk through. It was challenging to find the perfect property, but once we did, the buying process was very smooth.
