Seller reviewGus and his team did homework upfront on the property being sold. They came prepared showing me the reasons for a suggested sales price. I found the team to be very professional while keeping me informed on the sales progress at every step. Certainly would use them again if the opportunity arises. As mentioned, Gus' team was well prepared in identifying the recommended price and the reasons and that the sale would most likely be a cash transaction. They were also diligent in dealing with the properties HOA in getting the relevant information to list the property ASAP! Gus teams displayed all of the above qualities, professional approach summarizes it best. Gus was in direct contact with me as sales offers were presented. Gus was there at off hours to make me aware of offers and helped me through the Docusign process. Just an overall thanks to Gus' team in making the sales process occur as seamless as possible.
