Seller reviewStacy's level of dedication is extraordinary and she's certainly not your average agent. When you have a particular situation, home, circumstance... she'll get you through. In our situation, she probated the estate of a family friend who's grandmother passed away without a will. The home was at risk of foreclosure and next of kin didn't have the means to get the job done nor the finances to hire an attorney. In stepped Stacy, probated the estate, compensated the next of kin, paid off the lender, brought in a contractor to rehab the property and got it sold so that everyone profited. Amazingly, that home will increase property values and God willing, save a historic community from being wiped out due to redevelopment. When I say she's extraordinary, she really is.
