We live in Washington State so have never even seen the property so we put our trust in Laurie. Laurie stepped in and with her knowledge of the property and the area helped us tremendously.

Buyer reviewI've known Launie personally for several years and know how much she cares about her work and helping people. I would not be even considering purchasing a new place for my mom and selling her old place if it weren't for Launie. I knew she'd be a comfortable person to go through this experience with (I've rented my whole life, so buying a home, especially for someone as important as my mom, was a REALLY BIG DEAL!) She really walked me through the whole process, communicating with me quickly as we went through the process. I would've been lost without her and Don Teague who also shared a lot of helpful expertise that I would not have known. He worked extra hard to even help me get a contractor in to fix some things that were needed and gave me knowledge that I'm not sure I would've gotten from other agents. I trust them with my mom, literally, or atleast with her new home and selling her previous home. I highly recommend them to see you through to your next transition.

At our first meeting she and Don Teague were able to ease our anxiety and help us feel more comfortable with the issues of real-estate sales in today's market. In spite of the season (November/December) they gave us confidence that a sale could happen. We had 2 offers within a week for full price. We can't recommend them enough. Over the last 57 years we have sold a home 5 times. Never has the experience been more pleasant or gone more smoothly than with Launie and Don. Their knowledge and experience and expertise is unsurpassed in our opinion.
