We've dealt with a ton of agents. The most important things we look for are: speed of reply, work ethic, actually doing what we ask and getting answers ASAP. The market is moving too fast, if you dilly dally they're gone. Ruth did a great job for us.

I was purchasing my first home in a totally new area, 1200 miles from where I currently live. I made one trip to view homes personally prior to making my offer. It would have been much harder without Ruth Woods. She was very patient with a first-time buyer and made sure my questions were answered quickly and accurately. With the discussions I had with Ruth, I was confident that my offer and requests were fair and reasonable. I think that went a long way toward a successful outcome. My only stress in this process was having to wait for the seller's agent! I am very pleased, I now own a home I love, in an area I'm excited about living in, at the price I wanted to pay. Ruth Woods was instrumental in making that happen. Perfect!
