Fang Liu did a good job in preparing all the paper work to ensure nothing was missing and everything was signed by both buyer and seller. She's always punctual for weekend open house. So Peter knows how to handle people whether they be tenants, buyers, or brokers. I know Peter did his best to do what was in my best interest. I have no doubts that he does the same for his other clients. Therefore I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or hire him again.
