Buyer reviewMike took us to see a lot of open houses, and he did a great job keeping track of what our likes and dislikes were with the different houses we looked at. He never tried to pressure us into a sale - it was all about if the house would meet our needs and if we would be happy there. He was very attentive to any requests from our lender. We had a different agent when we sold our house in Texas recently and Mike was so much better to work with than our other agent. It was such a great experience working with him.

Paige Robbins was also critical in this home purchase, she was Informative and clear in what my needs would be to make this purchase. She helped to ease many of my concerns and questions. Kudos to Paige Robbins! I wish I would have known of The Century 21 Everest Group sooner, I would almost Absolutely would have purchased a house sooner.

He took time to make sure that I felt comfortable during the entire contract negotiation process and explained the contract to me in detail since this was all brand new to me. He worked around my schedule to help me see as many homes as possible in a very tight time frame. His expertise in the contract negotiation process was invaluable. He always provided me with options, but I never felt like he was pushing me in any one direction; the decision was always mine. Mike made sure that I was having the best first experience buying a home and I felt that in more ways than one. I will absolutely use Mike in the future for any home buying and selling.
