Buyer reviewErica and her team located two flip properties in the historic heights, and facilitated the purchase and negotiation. They helped me to negotiate $150,000 off of the original asking price which made these projects fiscally possible. They also provide continuous support throughout the renovation process and give feedback on market comps and remodeling considerations to be included during construction. This type of support is incredible valuable as I it allows me to be more competitive when it comes time to list the properties on the MLS. I love working with Erica and her team. They are core members in my real estate investment business.
