Purchasing a house when you reside in the mainland is challenging. We told Erin what we were looking for and she didn't disappoint us in her selections of homes. We originally wanted to be in the downtown Waikiki area but also wanted a newer home. Erin told us about the Ward Village area. We didn't realize the revitalization that was taking place there. We told Erin that we would be coming to Hawaii for 10 days to put my dad into an assisted living facility. She had a bunch of homes selected. We loved the Aeo building and ultimately choose that one. Erin was able to negotiate a good price for us and close on this unit quickly. We had to come back to the mainland to finish the sale of our home. Erin conducted the final walkthrough with video and even took care of a plumbing issue with our bathroom faucets. She also pickup oue vehicle that arrived sooner than expected. These are not normal things that we expect from a realtor. Erin went above and beyond our expectations.
