I was new to the whole process of looking for and buying a house, and Lauren Philpot pretty much held my hand the whole time. She was at my beck and call and as soon as I wanted to see a house or several houses all at once, she was available. If I had any questions, was very responsible through text and through phone calls. She communicated with all the people involved very well and was very good at getting all of the details in place with all the parties. Most of all, she guided me through the whole process, anwered my concerns by talking to the appropriate people and went out of her way to make sure the process went smoothly and quickly (she knew I had a timeline and helped me to find and close on a house within 1 month!) She went to the inspection for me and supported me through the closing. Lauren is very personable and friendly and has a charming and down to earth quality that makes you feel comfortable with her right away. I would definitely use her again and recommend her.

I'm a people person I had a very good feeling about Joni from the minute we met her. If we are spending time with an agent helping us plan our home purchase I need to have a great relationship with that person & Joni was so great had a positive good vibe. We were very happy with Joni she is an amazing person I hope to send people her way I had dealing with other agents & they all pale in comparison to her. We love our home and thank Joni for her time & caring Felt like she was always trying to help us above & beyond I appreciate her efforts & dedication to helping us find our home and always made time for us. I cannot say enough positive things regarding my experience with Felicia Finn. I would recommend Felicia to anyone who was selling or buying a home as a matter fact I have, and their experience is the same as mine. She is very knowledgeable of the area of the real estate market and what is a fair pricing of homes in the area. Felicia, was pleasurable to work with patient kind always available and workable with my schedule as looking for a Home took me in the area that I wanted to be in and the homes that I wanted to see. She answered all the questions that I had in selling and buying a home and only wanted me to feel comfortable in the decision I made.
