Wanda has been a long time family friend. I bought my first house from her. She is patient and understanding and realistic. She is someone who I trust. I would buy a house from anyone else and I wouldn't let anyone else sell my house. She is the standard of ethics. She takes a lot of pride in her work and I really appericate that. She is fabulous. She sold my house in 3 days we had 23 showings and 7 offers. There isnt another agent that would have taken the time to do what she is for us. She made us feel very calm and secure during the process which can be stressful. We are so grateful to her.

All dealings with Wanda were an absolute pleasure! We thought that we may have to go into a short sale. Wanda was more than happy to talk to the mortgage company for me and had to upload information into the home path website. It was an interesting experience for the both of us, she was very patient and understanding of my needs. I was just 22 years old in 2002 when I bought my home. After just a few years and a divorce I sadly moved in with some family. After a few failed attempts at finding reliable renters and also listing it with a different company, I asked Wanda Fitzhugh to help me. She gave good advice on the types of upgrades that I needed to make to my home to bring it up to a profitable rental property. Immediately she found a very sweet family to move in. I felt very safe with the types of background checks and rental agreements that Wanda provided. Unfortunately, they did not rent the house for more than the one year contract. After that, I made the mistake of renting to a friend who left things in quite a mess! Again, I asked Wanda to help me sell my house. The house had just turned 100 years old so you could imagine the difficulty in finding comparable properties to make a good assessment. I was ready to just get out but Wanda suggested that we try to get some money out of it! And we did! We had some interesting contracts come along that fell through for various different reasons, none of which had anything to do with Wanda or I. But she stuck to her guns and she found a buyer who was able to pay the full listing price and I was able to sell my home without going into a short sale status. Wanda was incredible through the entire process. She went to the house with me, she had repair people come by and check things out, she would stop by home and work for me to sign papers and we would talk at length about different strategies, we would get on the phone together with the mortgage company... I can't imagine that anyone could've done a better job! She also understood my level of stress with the property, the emotional ties that I had with the house and what I had gone through there. She was very sweet to talk to me on a personal level. I love the amazing realtor that Wanda is and I also now consider her one of my very best friends. Century 21 is lucky to have such an incredible lady working for them. I would prefer her to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy, sell, or rent a home!

I have worked with Wanda for the last 6 years for all of our real estate needs. She has always put 100% into our needs regardless of her other obligations.
